Information We Collect

When you use AgentSeraph, we collect your IP address for rate limiting purposes and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter or purchase a paid plan. We do not collect, store, or retain the agent configuration data you submit for scanning. Your configuration is analyzed in real time by our AI engine and discarded immediately after generating your Seraph Score.

How We Use Your Information

Your IP address is used solely for rate limiting to ensure fair usage of our free tier. Your email address is used to manage your subscription, send transactional emails related to your account, and deliver security update newsletters if you opt in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other payment credentials on our servers. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe via their secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

Data Retention

Agent configurations submitted for scanning are processed in memory and never persisted to disk or database. Rate limit counters reset daily (UTC midnight). Email addresses associated with subscriptions are retained for the duration of your account. Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at the email below. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.

Cookies and Local Storage

AgentSeraph uses browser localStorage to store your scan history, rate limit state, and customer email for session continuity. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. No data is shared with advertisers.
