Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentSeraph (the "Service"), operated by Thomason Technology ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

AgentSeraph is an AI-powered security scanning tool that analyzes AI agent configurations for potential vulnerabilities. The Service scans your configuration in real time, generates a security score (Seraph Score), and provides remediation guidance. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes. It does not guarantee the security of your systems.

Pricing and Payment

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. One-time scan packs are non-refundable once bonus scans have been used. All prices are in USD.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of initial subscription purchase if you have not used the service extensively during that period. Contact us to request a refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to scan configurations you do not own or have authorization to test; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service; (c) reverse-engineer or extract the scanning methodology; (d) use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns; (e) submit malicious content designed to attack our infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thomason Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will identify all vulnerabilities, be error-free, or be continuously available. Security scanning results are informational and should not be your sole basis for security decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers or posted prominently on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
